*MRK Motorcycle Training Terms*

*Course Details*

- *Course:* Traffic Training Course
- *Course Duration:* As per the training schedule
- *Training Structure:* Practical sessions with advanced theory notes provided
- *Course Objectives:*
    - Enhance riding skills for complex road conditions
    - Master advanced riding techniques
    - Learn advanced safety rules and road etiquette
    - Build confidence on the road in challenging situations
    - Practice riding on tough road terrains like off-road and ghat
    - Cover Highway rides and gain experience in long-distance riding

*Booking and Training Schedule*

- *Booking Confirmation:* To complete the booking, full payment of the training fees is mandatory.
- *Training Commencement:*  Training can begin immediately within 2 to 5 days from the date of booking confirmation.
- *Training Schedule:* Once the booking is confirmed, the training schedule will be shared with the trainee.
- *Leaves and Rescheduling:*
    - Customers can apply for leaves, and the missed day will be carried forward.
    - Trainers can also apply for leaves, and the missed day will be carried forward.

*Training Area*

- *Progressive Training Approach:* Our training area covers a range of environments to help you build your skills gradually.
- *Training Zones:*
    - Market Road: Practice riding on busy market roads.
    - Link Road: Learn to navigate through link roads.
    - SV Roads: Ride on SV roads and gain experience.
    - Highway: Practice riding on highways for long-distance riding.
    - Off-Roads: Learn to ride on off-road terrain.
    - Ghat: Ride on ghat roads and gain experience.

*Safety and Equipment*

- Helmet will be provided by MRK Motorcycle Training, if it fits; if not, trainees will need to purchase their own helmet.
- Gloves and Protective Gear are recommended but not mandatory; trainees may purchase if needed.
- Trainees are responsible for their own safety.

*Training Format*

- One-to-one training sessions (individual attention).

*Vehicle Damage Policy*

- Trainees are responsible for paying the cost of vehicle repairs in case of any major damage caused to the vehicle during training.
- The vehicle can only be repaired with MRK authorized mechanics.
- Trainees must pay the labor fee and damages cost to the vehicle on the spot.

*Insurance*

- Insurance claims cannot be made for any accidents or damages caused by trainees during training.

*Payment and Cancellation*

- *Payment Terms:* Full payment required at the time of booking to confirm your booking.
- *No EMI or Pay Later Options:* No EMI or pay later options available.
- *Refund Policy:*
    - 100% refund if cancellation is done within 12 hours from the date and time we received your payment.
    - 50% refund if cancellation is done after 12 hours due to change of mind or better option found elsewhere.
    - No refund if training has started and trainee attends the first day.
    - In case of emergency, fee can be refunded if the cancellation is done before the training begins, provided medical emergency proof is submitted, including the bill of the hospital, doctor's prescription, and all other required documents. Customer cannot deny producing the documents required by MRK Motorcycle Training. If there are no valid documents produced, then no refund is applicable.

*Liability*

- MRK Motorcycle Training is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during training.
- We will try our best to ensure your safety, but ultimately, your safety is in your hands.

*Code of Conduct*

- Trainees must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by trainers.
- Trainees must respect trainers.

*Additional Requirements*

- Age and license requirements: As per applicable laws and regulations.
- Mandatory documents:
    - Recent photo (SELFIE with clear face visible).
    - Photo of Aadhar Card (front and back with clear address visible).

*Applicability*

- This policy applies only to basic training courses.

By booking the training course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Prior experience or completion of an Advanced Training Course or Basic Training Course is required.
